I am a solicitor specialising in dental practice sales and purchases, restructuring and CQC registration.I have been advising dentists since 2007 following a boom in the market resulting from the release of the NHS GDS/PDS Contracts in 2006. The uptick in dental sales and purchases fuelled by corporate buyers and the introduction of the CQC has enabled me to strike out as a true specialist in the field. I have a real passion in helping DCPs and have been invited to present to audiences at the BDA, leading dental sales agencies and national banking healthcare teams. I always ensure that my services are tailored around the needs and wants of each individual client to ensure that their transaction is handled with care, expertise and with a no-nonsense approach.
