Identifying promising early stage start-ups and managing the deal flow by scheduling meetings with founders/entrepreneurs to gain a comprehensive understanding of their vision.2.) Conducting extensive research on the company and its market, preparing investment memorandums, and presenting them to the Partner & IC for investment decisions.3.) Managing the fund, developing investment and portfolio strategies, assessing and managing risk, and making strategic and transactional decisions.4.) Monitoring financial and operating metrics to determine post-investment performance.5.) Coordinating with internal departments, external consultants, advisors, and investment bankers to facilitate investment opportunities.6.) Developing financial models, investment cases, and PowerPoint presentations to update partners on fund performance.7.) Reviewing shareholder agreements (SHA), stock subscription agreements (SSA), and due diligence reports, and preparing quarterly fund performance reports.8.) Setting up, developing and maintaining the whole DBMS to manage each deal-flow project and portfolio documentation process.
