I am Hetvi Savla, and I am a recent MBA graduate with a specialization in Human Resources from MIT WPU, Pune. With a strong foundation in HR principles and a keen interest in HRMS & Employee Engagement, I am actively seeking for a role in the HR profile. During my MBA, I gained practical experience in Recruitment (Sourcing Candidates, scheduling & coordinating the interviews, Onboarding and Documentation) & HRMS Software (Creating new employee profiles, creating & assigning shifts, solving attendance & leave related queries on the software) as a part of our Summer Internship in Rochem Separation Systems Pvt Ltd, Mumbai.
