ABOUT HETTLE VASANI

I am a commercially astute Executive Business Partner and Senior Corporate Governance Specialist with a Law degree and over ten years’ experience serving international business and legal leaders. My work is about taking the stress away from key decision makers and ensuring everything ‘just works’, allowing them to focus on their priorities and to love what they do. Some of my recent accomplishments include: • Single-handedly organised off-site overseas Planning and Strategy conference for 70 delegates, including C-Suite execs. Conference boosted team engagement and morale, and was a complete success. Organisation included planning, personnel, catering accommodation and travel. • Executed tender process for majority share sale of a company worth $1.5bn. • Assisted with acquisitions, including those of a well-know haircare brand and beauty brand; drafted contractual agreements and TSA. • Assisted with due dilligence review and post-completion matetrs for a £46m transaction for a department store and a major sports retailer. • Set up internal employee network and served as a committee member, increasing employee productivity by 50% by improving processes. Of course, it’s not always processing multi-million pound deals! I also handle everything from welcoming visitors to organising successful overseas conferences, while ensuring all day-to-day business runs smoothly. Preparing business and legal documentation and ensuring all information is where it needs to be is also a big part of my offer. I have cross-functional experience in Finance, Legal and HR. I’m trustworthy, discrete and dedicated to the role and was recently described as ‘a safe pair of hands who brings her whole self to work.’
