About Hetika Gala
My interest in planning started young. Ever since my teenage years, I was an opportunist and volunteered to organize social gatherings. As I grew older, I geared this passion towards my career and started my journey in event marketing.Having explored the industry landscape, I went on to pursue a marketing and communications role with an agile start-up. Not only did I practice Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Email Marketing Campaign, Digital Marketing, Content Management but also mastered the art of listening and became the go-to person at office for solutions.This gave me the opportunity to navigate efficiently through business dynamics and nurture as a stronger problem-solver in various management functions along with marketing. With my obsession to help my loved ones and staying organised, helped me slip into the leadership boots with ease.The most important lesson for a team leader?
