As an ESG Research Analyst at ISS STOXX, I conduct sector-based screening, analyzing corporate involvement in controversial and sustainable products across global indices. The team assess over companies, evaluating their engagement with products such as tobacco, alcohol, gambling, VVGs, pork, and more. Through research and stakeholder engagement, we produce detailed reports that assist investors in aligning their portfolios with responsible investment policies and compliance requirements.Actively contribute to the peer review process, present findings to clients, and address inquiries, supporting informed decision-making based on ESG principles. Additionally, the team collaborates with others to refine and enhance our ESG product offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of responsible investors.Before that, I was engaged as a sustainability sector professional with hands-on experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) domains. Leveraging over 2 years of comprehensive experience, I\'ve seamlessly transitioned from an Academic Research Writer to a dynamic individual in the field of waste management, sustainability and ESG. My journey is rooted in a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degree from Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS ), instilling in me a deep understanding of societal and environmental complexities.
