I learned that having data and systems is not enough, they must speak the language of the business. Early in my career, I saw great ideas stall because of misaligned requirements and gaps between what users needed and what was built. That is what drew me to business analysis: the critical role of translating vision into executable reality. Today, as a Certified Business Analyst (CBAP), I bridge that gap. I work at the intersection of business goals and technology wherein my focus have been on eliciting clear requirements, designing efficient processes, and ensuring solutions are not just delivered but adopted.
