Happy engineering:since 1994 started business as a proprietary firm and working in the following areas: manufacturing energy efficient electric induction motors ranging from 0.10 h.p. to 30.0 h.p. repairing of electric induction motors up to 400 h.p. manufacturing diamond scaife polishing machines.(under patent) repairing of dc motors and alternators electrical cabling, house and industrial wiring engineering consulting energy management / audits r&d work related to engineering project. manufactured various type of flat plate solar water heater with one glass and two glass cover for natural and force circulation, concentrating solar collector, solar air heaters, solar cooker for svnit international solar conference – 2002 general engineering fabrication work, strainers for ongc, gratings for essar steel, batliboi & co, gujarat gas co. ltd. etc. design and development work on auto cad & solid works for garden engineering. company is certified for international quality system iso 9001 –2008 by tuv since 2003 presently we are implementing lean manufacturing system 5-s & kaizen.other activities :research & other development work details: customize synchronous reluctance motor for concordia university, montreal, canada. customize pmsm (permanent magnet synchronous motor) for concordia university, montreal, canada. design and development of energy efficient motors [ eem ] started in the year 1996 –97 balanced three dimensional designed for cast iron motor bodies for eem and accepted by the market.(balance three dimensional heat transfer principal for stator body casting), probably first working model of linear induction motor designed and manufactured at udhna factory for the project work of scet students. associated with engineering college svnit & scet for various r&d work.
