Mindera UK is a tech company in Leicester that builds high performance, resilient and scalable software systems.I have worked in the IT industry for over 20 years working at all levels starting from Business Analysis to the Agile Delivery Manager. For last few years, I am wearing many hats like any entrepreneur and it is indeed learning every day, dealing with challenges but most importantly it is very rewarding and satisfactory when hard word is recognised by our partners.As a young child, I always knew I would have a business but I was not sure when and in what field. I am so humbled by the opportunity to run a tech company that delivers high quality web and mobile apps. I started Mindera UK in 2016 and we are based in the prestigious Cultural Quarter in Leicester.We adopt agile methodology and recently embarked on Spotify model with our clients and adopting Scrum or Kanban, depending on the needs of the client. We refer to our clients as partners and add value by not only delivering apps but also by working on architectures and system performance.Taking the plunge to open a tech company in Leicester was a risk, but it was also exciting to see what we could achieve in the 2nd largest economy in East Midlands. We are constantly growing and I am lucky to be surrounded by some really talented individuals that make us who we are.My dream is to make Leicester a tech hub and would like to connect with anyone who shares same passion.
