Real Estate is both a passion and tradition for me. My family has been investing in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and the Middle East for the past 60 years, acquiring prominent properties of all types.My dexterity, professionalism and diligence make me a perfect broker for local and international investors. After eight years of experience in commercial contracting, management and diplomacy, I have an unparalleled understanding of real estate markets, negotiation and investment processes. Prior to trading in real estate I was General Manager to a successful family construction and contracting business. I have worked with world class mega clients Saudi Aramco, FLOUR Arabia, Hyundai Construction Equipment Inc. and SABIC. When involved in commercial markets transactions I have excelled working with investors and developers providing advice to several CEOs and company owners. My journey back to Canada was fueled by the abundance of secure and profitable investment opportunity within our growing real estate market. I have strategically settled in Waterloo, this world class innovation hub has been consistently attracting the industry\'s most brilliant minds. Here I will nourish my interest for the latest disruptive technology and passionately build my real estate business.I was born in Canada, speak English and Arabic fluently, and have working knowledge of French and Spanish. Currently I reside steps from prominent Uptown Waterloo with my wife, our beautiful girl and our handsome boy. We are involved in numerous charitable causes including Red Cross Canada and several Canadian newcomer resettlement programs.
