I am working at Competitor intelligence analyst and Demand Planning analyst for my placement year in Unilever. At the same time, I am studying BSc. Accounting and finance at the University of Sussex and will graduate at Summer 2025. In my competitor intelligence analyst role, I supported the strategic decision-making and innovation of the B&W business unit by conducting industry and market research, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing insights and recommendations. I leveraged my communication, leadership, and stakeholders management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to stakeholders, and drive action plans.At my Demand planning analyst role, I spreadheaded to clear our residuals by collaboration with Sales and operation team where I have cleared 75% of residuals within 4 months which are value at €1.5M. I also revamped the allocation process with 6 cross-functional stakeholders where I redesigned process, built new process mapping, and minimized the potential risk to improve our customer experience. In sales forecast, I successfully reduced Forecasts bias from -60% to -12% within 3 months by analyzing variance and challenging KAM’s assumption.
