Multinational retail and hospitality company (FTSE 100)• As the Accounts Payables work stream Lead, Hervé played a key role in the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud consisting in the rationalisation of the Payables function from India back into a new Shared Service Centre in the UK headquarters, with the use of the Oracle Fusion Cloud invoice scanning solution for the UK and international entities in scope.Planned, coordinated and led the execution of system test, system integration test and UAT phases that led to the Oracle Fusion Cloud go-live for UK, Ireland, Germany. Ensured that the configuration workbook was accurately maintained and completed prior to the Production build. • As the Procurement Lead, I led the Vision and Validate phases and successfully presented the expected solution design deliverables for sign-off by the Programme Leadership. • Managed a team of onshore and offshore resources.Multinational and global grocery and general merchandise retailer (FTSE 100)• As the Order to Cash Lead on this Finance transformation programme involving the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud, completed the workshop validation packs, documented future processes as part of the design validation phase.Internal activities• Technology Enablement Lead for the Order to Cash Communities of Interest (Powered Oracle)• Led the upgrade process and testing of KPMG internal test instances of Oracle Fusion Cloud from Release 9 to 10 and from Release 10 to 11.
