Technical writing is more than just words to me. It is a way of creating a seamless user experience and following the best practices of content design. With a certificate in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from the University of Washington and a bachelor\'s degree in Sociology, I have a strong foundation in writing for various audiences, purposes, and contexts.My most recent role as a Technical Writer at Vaupell challenged and enriched me as I collaborated with manufacturing engineers to produce high-quality documentation for Boeing, the biggest customer for Vaupell Plastics. I was the sole technical writer within the company and handled various documents, such as First Part Quality plans, reports, and confidential procedural documentation for aviation plastics. I mastered MadCap Flare, Lucidchart, and Contentful as tools to create, edit, and manage content. Before that, I coordinated with design researchers at Microsoft to implement their research into the new and upcoming Human Insight Tracking System. I edited the content, ensured the researchers\' needs were met, and used presentations to communicate the results.
