Leading Performance management (PM) activities for Enabling areas – 8 Technology groups comprising of 2300+ professionals- Led Talent Reviews, Low-Performance Management, Quarterly Business Leader Reviews, reporting, and all other PM activities including grievance handling regarding any performance related topics- Driving 100% compliance with regards to Performance by reviewing various compliance reports and actively communicating the same to the business leaders, business advisors and follow-ups with the professionals and their team leaders and coaches- Planned for and supported Year along promotions (inclusive of year-end and mid-year promotions). Maintain the accuracy of data pre and post final approval. Supporting business leaders and Business advisors with relevant data base for smooth promotion decision making- Planned and executed communications to support various performance related activities such as performance feedback both upward, downward and peer. Also, any RPM Changes (if any) related information sharing in form of wider communication- LOOP (Leadership Observations & Opportunities) SME for Enabling Area and global (EAG) team. Co-ordinating with US LOOP SME to make sure smooth launching and closing of the process. Including proactively sharing any process related information or data to the EAG PM team- Planned, organized and conducted informative sessions (Virtual & in person) for all Technology groups for better awareness of the performance process and to drive better performance differentiation leading to better year-end compensation- People management role – training and guiding new hires in the team- Low performance management and formal process. Handling exits calls, due to performance issues- Coordination and collaborating with various HR Functions (i.e, Engagement, Learning and development, Business advisors and analysts, employee lifecycle, data management, talent relations).
