As part of my secondary school requirements, I was acquired to do a week of unpaid work experience in Brantano retail store. It taught me the first steps to good customer service. As well as, boosting my confidence to face the real world of work. Duties and Responsibilities-Welcoming and greeting all customers in the store-Ensuring that the level of customer service is beyond the expectation-Stacking all the products on its designated shelves, mainly shoes-Working as part of a team and creating a positive environment for both staff and customers.
