I\'m in my 5th career. TV Production. I started in college working for my father\'s company, Ralph Andrews Productions. I produced game shows, investigative programs, and music/dance shows. Teaching. I tought for 5 years, including CompSci at UCSB, TV Production/Direction at CSUN & UW, Madison, & Script writing at Moorpark College. Research. I spent 3 years with a company named Technical Research Associates. My work was under DARPA contracts to R&D algorithms to enhance satellite images to detect moving targets. My MS Thesis was on removing background jitter in satellite images to improve target detection. Software Development. I got into Software Development in 1989 as a tester for a product named Criterium, developed by Sygenex, inc. After 4 years, I started my own Company, Fountainhead Software which landed a contract from Microsoft to develop the EForms Designer tool for MS Exchange. I also published 2 books on the EForms Designer. MS hired me full time & I spent 11 years there as a Developer & Dev Manager on the Exchange, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Windows, & MSN teams. Six Sigma. In my last 3 years at Microsoft, I switched to process improvement & became the 1st Black Belt in the Microsoft product groups; certified by Juran Corp. I specialized in the dev processes & achieved substantial defect reduction & $ savings. In 2005 I joined a major telecommunications company to run their 6 Sigma Program & earned my Master Black Belt certificate in 2007. I am also the chief editor for Quality Focus Specialties: Programming, Statistics, Algorithm development, Six Sigma, Metrics Development, Data Analysis, Teaching, and Writing.

   I thought I was retired for good, but I love what this company, REUZEit, Inc, is doing so much, that when they asked me to join them, I jumped at the chance and came out of retirement. REUZEit, Inc, it\'s name says it all, is a company whose time has come. In a world where we care so much about the environment, try to minimize waste, and strive for sustainability, they are taking in old equipment, especially medical equipment, that would have normally gone to the landfill, refurbishing it, and selling it so it can be REUZE\'d. I like working for a company whose mission is to make the world a better place. Although they already have an online store it\'s falling short of their rapid growth and the demand they are experiencing. So they brought me in to lead a team to develop a new online store like no other. These guys have a vision and I\'m excited to be a part of the team.
