Manage a caseload of 120+ scholars to support teachers in the DMV from non-traditional backgrounds, offering bilingual advising to help them connect with vital resources and address financial, academic & vocational needs- Offer program support and counsel to the DC Leading Educators Towards Advanced Degrees Program (DC LEAD), a grant through DC’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), including data management, project management, quality assurance, and program development to deliver effective and equitable support for minority women in the District- Develop and manage the DC LEAD Mentorship Program, overseeing a $20K budget that efficiently saved $30K in costs, meeting with diverse stakeholders, delivering personalized support and leading community outreach and event planning to provide early childhood educators with individualized mentorship, diverse peer connections, and professional development strategies- Collaborate with C-suite leadership to drive organizational growth through strategic planning, grant writing, fundraising strategy, and impact reporting, while leading donor research, contributing to high-level development efforts, and overseeing graphic design and branding to strengthen SCF’s visibility, fundraising capacity, and strategic alignment across organizational initiatives
