As a dad to my two wonderful kids, my number one job and priority in life is clear: to be a role model and empower them to lead their best lives.In my role as a COO, I carry these values with me. While I\'m not a parent to my team, I strongly believe that leadership involves setting an example and ensuring everyone has the support they need to thrive.My passion lies in creating an environment where individuals can excel while collaborating towards a common goal.
