As a dad to my two wonderful kids, my number one job and priority in life is clear: to be a role model and empower them to lead their best lives.In my role as a COO, I carry these values with me. While I\'m not a parent to my team, I strongly believe that leadership involves setting an example and ensuring everyone has the support they need to thrive.My passion lies in creating an environment where individuals can excel while collaborating towards a common goal. I actively engage at all levels of the organization to continually improve how we work and deliver value to our valued learners (customers).To me, being growth-oriented means more than just numbers; it\'s a mindset. My mission is to connect every role in our organization to the growth and success of our business.At Lawline, a company dedicated to democratizing legal education, we focus on delivering personalized, insightful learning experiences for attorneys at every career stage, making CLE compliance hassle-free.Outside of my roles as a dad and COO, you\'ll find me at a local CrossFit gym, immersed in a book, on a scenic hike up a mountain, or simply enjoying life with family and friends.
