This project involves interacting with businesses, gathering requirements, designing Automation workflows to be integrated into Appian for LATAM and APAC countries. • Design automation processes for APAC and LATAM countries ensuring that it offers our clients their exact requirements. • Review Standard Operations Procedures and create Functional Requirements Documents with the exact detailed activities and business rules. • Work with the IT team, business management, external consultants, end users and other stakeholders to configure functions and workflows to facilitate Appian integration with other applications. • Define requirements, scope, and objectives related to overall business strategies. • Gained a strong understanding of all business processes and troubleshoot individual business challenges and failures by evaluating automation processes to improve efficiency eliminating manual intervention. • Works with users to understand what is not working, and more importantly, provide the reason why. • Work in large cross-functional teams collaborating with a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, vendors, etc. to effectively deliver projects/initiatives. • Work with outside partners to ensure smooth integrations while taking full advantage of the partner’s capabilities. • Assist with defining and executing test cases for code and product changes pending implementation for multiple outgoing processes. • Perform user acceptance testing and ensuring development is done based on the documented requirements. • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
