I am a governance and project leader with over a decade of experience driving impact across the public and nonprofit sectors. At the Local Government Management Agency (LGMA), I lead initiatives that help local authorities deliver housing solutions, strengthening both supply systems and homelessness responses nationwide. My work focuses on connecting policy and strategy with implementation to create sustainable, people-centred outcomes. Alongside this, I serve on the Board of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Ireland, providing governance oversight and strategic direction.
