Current Client - CoSA VFX• Provide in-person and remote technical support for all users of CoSA VFX in Los Angeles and Atlanta (mixed environment Mac and Windows), including partners of the company.• Image and deploy high-end workstations for 2D, 3D, and 4K artists, also normal systems for Production and HR users. HP Precision 5820, Mac Pro, iMac, Mac Mini, MacBook Pro.• Troubleshoot creative software issues for Adobe Creative Suite, Nuke, Maya, SynthEyes, etc.• Troubleshoot hardware and WAN/LAN networking issues.• Monitor hardware inventory. Mac and PC systems, monitors, keyboards, mouse, Wacom Cintiq and tablets.• Monitor software licenses (Office 365, Maya, Nuke). If licenses are running low, inform procurement accordingly to purchase additional licenses as needed.• Create Exchange and AD accounts for new users, then configuring their profile to CoSA standards. Also executed standard termination procedures when a user leaves the company.• Coordinate with Production Assistants on special move requests when a show is starting/ending.• Create technical documentations for technical team and user base.• Assist with System and Network Engineers on special projects, render farm, blades, and WAP upgrades.• Work with Director of IT on special projects when needed.
