As the top executive of Hermanson’s Tenant Improvement Business Unit, I work closely with building owners, engineers, designers, tenants, general contractors, and maintenance personnel to assure that building mechanical systems support not only the tenant’s functional needs but also meet comfort and sustainability goals. I also provide oversight for my team of five project management professionals and 20 – 25 mechanical construction laborers to assure they have the resources and the knowledge to complete each project efficiently and effectively.
