As a self starter and internally motivated individual for 30+ years at Duke Power/Duke Energy/DukeNet, and Time Warner, I have been given the opportunity to set my own goals and high expectations achieving greater output and productivity. I recognize what tasks are being completed and what can be done to improve efficiencies, develop greater reporting, or reorganize to achieve greater output. I am a creative and adaptable leader who will continuously monitor, change and fine tune a process until it produces the most efficient output possible.
