   Executed manufacturing of the YESCARTA and TECARTUS CAR-T cell therapies,(ARM to ARM/ VEIN to VEIN) including media preparation, T-cell isolation, cell activation, retroviral transduction, expansion, and patient dose final formulation as well as manufacturing support activities like final product visual inspection, cryopreservation, material transfer, hazardous and bio-hazardous waste disposal-Performed set-up, execution and troubleshooting of various manufacturing equipment – SEPAX, CRF, LN2 tanks, Clinimacs, and systems – Veeva, LIMS, EBS Oracle, and Pas-X-Supported start-up activities in the commercial launch of TECARTUS by execution of process engineering and cGMP manufacturing operations;(PPQ for day 0- Harvest) Executed PPQ for validation of TECARTUS manufacturing operations and equipment Clinimacs. Performed Visual inspection for PPQ runs-Performed cross-functional work involving creation and revision of SOPs, writing minor RCAs and contributing to the implementation of CAPAs and OE projects-Generated visual job aids and collaborated on projects and reports which I presented to cross-functional teams (Quality Assistance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Technical Training Department, Process Engineering, MSAT and Manufacturing Management).
