ABOUT CARMEN LEE
I am passionate in helping businesses to grow. Currently, I am a project manager in the group benefits space. With my problem solving and analytical skills, I work on integral parts of complex project implementation and key client account onboarding. I work closely with the client, underwriters, product managers and developers during the client onboarding process. Most importantly, I ensure the team has an effective workflow so we can complete projects seamlessly. My background is in the consumer trend forecasting space, helping businesses in APAC to understand consumer behaviour in 2-5 years. I am learning everyday through insights written from 300+ trend experts, understanding the latest changes in the Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle & Interior, Food & Drinks and consumer behaviour space. Personally, I have a diverse range of experience and interest. As a Chemistry graduate, I participated in an international competition iGEM, held in MIT, USA. During the 5-day competition/conference I was able to connect with a larger community of Life Science Startup Enthusiast. Through that I have discovered a new passion of helping businesses to grow and gain investments.
