Fluke is a leading manufacturer of industrial test and measurement equipment, including electronic test equipment. Upon joining Fluke in the capacity of a UX designer, I was responsible for the task of designing the camera device and desktop application product. My primary focus was on the 2B application, where I dedicated extensive efforts towards ensuring optimal accessibility for business customers, particularly with regard to the thermal imaging camera devices and the software application. I executed an end-to-end UX design, aimed at elevating the user experience and ensuring consistency in the core functionalities of the application. I collaborated closely with the PMs and engineering teams to develop efficient products, while also meeting the high standards of the business. Projects worked on included- Solved the inconsistency issue in the Thermal Imaging software Baseline desktop application - Elevated the Acoustic Imager camera user experience by conducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of our users.
