Assesses the feasibility and ROI of (LBCs)/stories from the Business.• Captures agreed-upon business objectives and processes to define system requirements from internal stakeholders, cross-functional team members and external vendors. • Facilitates creation, refinement and appropriate delegation of Business Requirements utilizing Agile and/or Business Process and Analysis (BPA)• Ensures the customer experience is always at its best functionality, efficiency and performance. • Conducts System Requirements with Stakeholders to ensure completeness and adherence to business requirements.• Runs Daily Sync meeting with (Dev Team) to review and get updates on Sprint Progress, any blockers, and/or questions to clarify & complete the story Acceptance Criteria.• Reviews, tests/validates and debugs design plans in pre-production environments (e.g. QA and UAT) to Prod and ensures requirements are met and maintained.• Tracks the metrics and analytics of Digital Buyflow orders & revenue on meeting the target goals.
