SceneDoc is public safety’s first all-in-one mobile software for data collection and retrieval. I am responsible for the customer implementation and utilization of SceneDoc as the training specialist. To ensure customer success, I draw upon my years of investigative experience and leadership with the federal government as well as my many years of overseeing national training programs, to bring real world experience to the “training day” implementation and utilization of SceneDoc. I am the Southeast Region Sales Manager for SceneDoc, working with potential clients to bring about the best SceneDoc solutions. I enable and assist customers automate routine and repetitive tasks normally done with paper and pen, freeing up officers’ time to focus on higher priority work. That means time savings, maximum time efficiency and cost effectiveness for the agency. I empower customers utilizing SceneDoc with ability to share information with other users and prosecutors, while reducing the number of data entry errors and redundancies. I demonstrate for customers the ability to search for data and information they need when they need it from their own personal dashboard. I utilize Salesforce to identify, track and maintain customer database, forecast sales, opportunities, and customers as well as keeping leadership abreast of contact and sales activities.
