   May 2023 — Present

   Direct, manage total of nine direct reports to oversee both R&D and QC analytical activities. In charge of team members’ performance and reviews, projects prioritizations, managing and proposing operation budgets and resources.Established Dexcom’s headquarters analytical QC capabilities from the ground up, and provided strategic guidance to other Dexcom sites in setting up their local analytical QC laboratories.Built up Extractable and Leachable expertise internally to support projects for vendor screening and clinical studies. Lead analytical method development and validation, analytical methods transfer to different sites, commercial material batches release studies, shelf-life and quality control of finish products.Oversaw external CROs activities and new CRO qualifications, which includes establish statement of work and NDA/MSA, onsite audit and technical reviews.Helped submitted and received IDE approvals for clinical trial submissions as CMC analytical lead. Continue to support new IDE on CGM-drug combination product. Led Nano scale surface characterizations strategies on our commercial products to investigate and resolve field failure root causes.Led CAPA activities to identify gaps and implement control processes to our new product manufactures.
