Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage the Delivery into MSP Accounts within Lorien- Actively Sourcing candidates across IT, Tech, Finance and Senior Leadership- Managing Stakeholders and work with Hiring Managers in order to identify the needs of business areas- Manage an order book of contractors ensuring they are supported- End to End recruitment process from taking a job specification to onboarding of workers- Using data to drive performance and conducting regular market research.
