About Henry Chen

I\'ve supported Rivian\'s autonomy and ai team since 2020 and have directly contributed to the teams 300% growth. For the first year, my primary stake holders were Perception, Deep Learning, Test/Validation, and TPMs. As the organization grew and verticals restructured, I\'ve rotated across all functions under the Self-Driving umbrella. Currently, I\'m supporting the Simulations, Infrastructure, and Motion Planning teams.
