About Henry Hank Temples

I am currently a student in the Kelley School of Business at IU Bloomington. I am majoring in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship with a passion for business operation and creating a legacy within the business environment. I grew up in Westfield Indiana where I would become heavily involved in the community and extra curriculars. Growing up in Indiana I learned the importance of a good education and the ability to push through adversity. While attending Westfield High School I was a participant of Football and Wrestling at Westfield High School which taught me how things won’t come easy and can only be earned through hard work. I was also a part of certain clubs like FFA and FCA that taught me the importance of leaving a difference on other people and organizations. Lastly, I was a part of Westfield High School\'s National Honors Society that recognizes high achieving academic students and the school\'s senior freshman mentorship program which prepares incoming freshman for high school. I now am attending IU Bloomington where I am involved in many clubs, jobs, and other extra curriculars. I currently work part time at Celebrity Greens turfing business, Grand Park Sports Complex, and as an IU Stagehand. I am also involved with the Private Equity Club, The Business Edge Club, Undergraduate Research and Trading Club, and Brazilian Ju Jitsu Club. Not only involved in those activities, but an active follower of anything and all thing IU sports related. My goals in life includes pursuing my career at IU Bloomington to get my bachelor\'s degree and master\'s degree. I plan to continue my path with the Kelley School of Business to triple major in finance, entrepreneurship, and accounting while graduating with honors. Once I graduate, I will open a business with my brother while also investing a great deal of my time into the amazing sport of mixed martial arts and learning how to fight. My final goal is to live a life of fulfillment and leave a legacy for my friends and family. As part of the stagehand crew at Everwise Amphitheater, assisted in event setup, production, and tear-down for large-scale concerts and live performances attended by tens of thousands of guests• Served as a key crew member in the setup and takedown of 3+ major concert stages at Everwise Amphitheater and The Mill, supporting crowds of up to attendees per show.• Worked across multiple specialized crews, including lighting, media, truck loading/unloading, and stage pushing, adapting to dynamic production needs.• Assisted in handling and organizing 5–6 semi-trucks of gear per event, including audio equipment, trussing, and stage materials valued at $500K+ per production.• Contributed to large-scale concert productions for artists such as Old Dominion, Barenaked Ladies, Lord Huron, and Fever Fest, coordinating closely with touring professionals and production managers.• Ensured efficient workflow and team communication under high-pressure time constraints, maintaining 100% safety and quality compliance.• Collaborated with a 50+ member union crew, consistently meeting load-in and load-out deadlines to ensure seamless transitions between performances.• Developed expertise in event logistics, technical production, teamwork, and live entertainment operations through hands-on experience with nationally touring acts.
