Vince Lombardi once contended,\"Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.\" Mr. Lombardi\'s words is proudly reflected in my work. Improving student confidence through public speaking coaching has been one of the most rewarding tasks I’ve led during my professional career. As one of few individuals who oddly-and zealously-goes out of his way to deliver a speech, the skills I take away from every presentation is multifaceted; each speaking experience reinforces a tenacious work ethic, an opportunity to reflect and grow, and offers me another chance to \"catch excellence\" as I pursue perfection. My efficacious pedagogical approach is evinced in the UNLV instructor evaluations, my CCSD evaluations, the encouraging responses I have received from students, as well as feedback from faculty members and colleagues.
