I build features that help HR administrators to utilize the well-integrated Cornerstone Position Management solution to have a magical experience for their day-to-day operations. After the designs were delivered, I focus on helping the team to find the next step opportunities to make the whole prod/eng team to be design-driven and reach UX excellence. A few notable achievements.• Bringing the design process to the prod/eng team.• Working with the prod/eng team to integrate features with the new design system components.• Conducting Usability testing to validate the current experience and improve the design. • Designing major version releases which help the business to expand to a new field of customers. Among Learning management systems for the enterprise, Cornerstone\'s training and talent management capability is considered one of the most advanced toolings on the market.
