Hi My Name is Henry it’s nice to meet you!I am an IT Support professional and NJIT alumnus with hands-on experience in enterprise environments, specializing in device deployment, systems support, and technical troubleshooting.I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS). During my academic and professional experience, I developed a strong foundation in system integration, databases, and end-user support. I have worked on projects involving database-driven system integration and have practical experience supporting users, configuring devices, and working within structured IT processes.My technical skill set includes hardware and software troubleshooting, operating system support, SQL, Python, and Java, as well as foundational networking and security concepts. I hold the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification and am actively expanding my knowledge toward cybersecurity.I am currently seeking IT Support, Desktop Support, or entry-level infrastructure roles where I can continue building technical depth, contribute to reliable IT operations, and grow within a collaborative, enterprise environment.
