I help Defence and Government leaders use digital, data and AI to make better decisions, modernise operations, and deliver lasting change.As Partner for Data & AI at Darter, I lead programmes that turn strategy into measurable outcomes. My work focuses on helping organisations move from intent to adoption, building the digital, data and cultural foundations needed for success.Over the past decade I have worked across the whole of Defence - including all Front Line Commands, Strategic Command, Defence Equipment & Support, AWE and MOD Main Building in Whitehall. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how to deliver transformation in complex, mission-critical environments where culture, clarity, and trust matter as much as technology.I’ve led analytics, transformation, and operating model programmes across some of Defence’s most complex portfolios - from digital strategy and AI adoption, to cost modelling, enterprise planning, and organisational design. I bring a rare mix of Defence transformation insight, technical credibility, and stakeholder trust that enables decisions to be made with confidence and delivered with pace.I am passionate about strengthening the UK’s sovereign digital capability and ensuring that the use of data and AI in Defence remains ethical, explainable and effective.
