Based in London the primary responsibility is to provide support to existing and upcoming clients worldwide as part of VISA\'s global support function alongside offices in New York and Manila.Duties include:*Telephone, email and portal-based support to Visa Payments Limited’s client base.*Investigation and diagnosis of a variety of payment and service related incidents and requests, ensuring activities and communications are accurately recorded in the case management system in accordance with Visa Payments Limited’s policies, procedures, and contractual commitments.*Working closely with internal stakeholders and Visa Payments Limited’s global network of vendors & partners, escalate more complex queries where appropriate.*Keep VISA\'s clients regularly informed of the status and progress of open requests in line with SLAs/OLAs and manage expectations accordingly.
