I am a Senior Director in the central London TAG (Tenant Rep) team at CBRE. I head up a five strong team of Lease Consultancy experts. My specialism is advising occupiers on lease restructures, critical lease events, rental negotiations and acquisition of offices in Central London. I regularly advise clients on buildings in Midtown, Kings Cross, Southbank, West End, City and Docklands.Recent key transactions I have advised on include- Rent Review of sq ft) prime office building in Kings Cross for a confidential technology occupier- Advised a large financial occupier on the lease structure and detailed lease provisions on a sq ft) European headquarters acquisition- Acquisition of additional sq ft) office for Deliveroo Plc- Restructured and renewed a large retail bank\'s London HQ sq ft) extracting over £19.5m of inducements as part of the deal- Advised NBCUniversal on their London Head Office at Central St Giles sq ft)- Advised AON Plc on their sq ft head office rent reviews at 122 Leadenhall- Advised Macquarie on their European HQ rent reviews at Ropemaker Place- Restructure and disposal of sq ft of international law firm\'s London offices, producing savings of £19m over the remaining term of their lease- Represented Hogan Lovells on sq ft of rent reviews & arbitration advice in EC1 (2010 to 2023)- Rent review advice to an American Investment Bank on sq ft- Advised Unicredit Group on their sq ft London HQ- Advised on a sq ft restructure and rent review for Gowling WLG, releasing £14m of incentives and savings- Advised Weil Gotshall & Manges on their 2010 & 2020 rent reviews at 110 Fetter Lane sq ft) and acquired overflow offices sq ft) for them at 15 Fetter Lane- Retained as part of a team to advise Canary Wharf Group on all rent review/complex lease structure issues.One of the sectors I specialise in includes Law Firms. I have advised 13 major city law firms on their UK (London) head offices, in the last 3 years alone. I have also co-written CBRE\'s Law in London publication.
