Conduct and coordinate activities of the Portfolio Management Office for planning, execution monitoring, benefits measurements and associated KPI’s. • Manage a portfolio of complex projects that span multiple lines of business. • Facilitate integration of projects/programs that involve technology (systems/applications) across RWA Business and collaboration across cross-functional projects. • Partner with Strategy & Business Transformation, IT and Operations and manage dependencies across the portfolio. • Facilitate periodic portfolio reviews, lessons learned and cross-functional issues resolution. • Provide consistent status of projects and programs at aggregate and detailed levels, allowing like-for-like comparisons. Create, communicate, and maintain the master schedule. • Ensure common processes are used across projects for on time and within budget quality delivery. • Implement standard tools across the portfolio to enforce best practices and improve compliance. • Develop trusted adviser relationship with PMO stakeholders • Act as a PM/Scrum Master to facilitate execution of projects. • Organize resources and establish timelines and priorities. • Navigate across RWA business units and facilitate cross-functional integration across projects. • Motivate and mentor team members to adopt project management standards and practices. • Direct, coach, collaborate, and delegate project activities. • Foster teamwork, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
