Work on site and offshore to assist in scheduling the interfaces between discipline activities and with other project team members.• Monitor the pre-commissioning/HUC works for progress and ensure resources are deployed to achieve the project plan and ensure plans are tracked and reported.• Ensure the preparation and development of appropriate detail and summary plans/schedules; integrate contractor and company-generated plans/schedules into the Master Control Schedule. • Prepare and implement project wide progress measurement and reporting system, including roll-up levels, section weightings and reporting cycle calendar.• Developing and issuing various reports to appropriate stakeholders.• Verify site progress measurement data from subcontractors and prepare overall construction weekly progress reports.• Check/Verify engineering deliverables and update engineering progress weekly report.• Coordinate with project procurement team for the update of overall project purchased materials and prepare weekly procurement progress report.• Monitor all engineering deliverables and assure all AFC drawings were issued to contractors as per project master schedule.• Ensure regular coordination with stakeholders and discuss any slippage in the scheduled task, review their plans and agree any corrective action.• Develop and show critical activities in Primavera 6 to support status reporting and communication at a management level.• Tabulate overall materials required for the project showing ROS vs. ETA site to identify late deliveries that might affect project schedule. • Check material shortage that might affect critical activities and request for urgent procurement (RUP) if the materials are not available; expedite RUP if required.
