After years of working in the construction industry, I saw first-hand how much time, money, and clarity is lost due to outdated project management tools. I saw a consistent, frustrating pattern: project management tools were either clunky, outdated, or built by people who didn\'t understand how construction really works. Time was wasted. Budgets slipped. Communication broken down. That experience led to the creation of SmartStruct, a construction management platform designed to solve these issues head on. At SmartStruct, we\'re focused on building software that works the way construction professionals actually do - practical, powerful, and easy to use. Our platform streamlines workflows, strengthens collaboration between field and office teams, and ensures that everyone has real-time access to the information they need to make faster, smarter decisions. By reducing manual processes and communication gaps, we help teams stay aligned, reduce costly delays, and keep projects on track from start to finish.My background in Quantity Surveying gives me a deep understanding of the pressures construction teams face, from cost control to contract management to staying on schedule.
