Deliver training programs and align training needs with business goals and objectives.•Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring appropriate resources and facilities are available.Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing training and guidance on essential skills and processes.•Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.•Role modelling the Company’s DNA and lead by example.•Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues – liaising with HR, Training Teams and Management as required.Ensuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained. Responsible for ensuring your own health, safety and welfare in the activities you undertake. • Reporting incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to my Line Manager.•Undertaking basic problem solving activities and escalating to the Training Manager where necessaryEnsuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required.•Any other responsibilities/duties which would be reasonably expected as part of this role.
