Retail is an ever-changing environment, which keeps me on my toes. As a retail broker representing tenants on a national scale, it is my responsibility to stay informed of the trends and anticipate what is coming up next for my clients. I have the advantage of the Savills platform, which gives me access to all service lines needed, such as consumer analytics or project management, when assisting a national retailer. I am also able to partner with local Savills retail experts on the ground floor to determine the best solutions in any market.There is a changing landscape of how the American shopping mall is viewed. Brick and mortar retail is still a major player in the US economy. Part of being a retail expert is feeling the impact firsthand, so I prioritize visits to all major retail establishments nationwide.I’m the lucky husband of Britt and proud dad of two children. Our family can be found at my son’s little league football games or my daughter’s top hat soccer games on most weekends.
