Thesis Work: Designed and implemented the generalizable pose estimation machine learning pipeline of non-human primates during behavioral reaching tasks for correlation with neural recordings using ECoGs and microelectrode arraysImplemented a 3D projection pipeline to the above stated methods to obtain the macaque\'s location in space in three dimensions for further analysis. Using tSNE dimensionality reduction and kMeans clustering, determined the efficiency and accuracy of said pipeline in determining macaque hand location relative to the touchscreen used in the studies.Improved the training set for the previous DeepLabCut machine learning model in mapping the motion capture of video recordings of non-human primatesLink to Pesaran Lab website:https://pesaranlab.org/
