About Henry Palmer
After I graduated from university in 2006, I had the privilege of being invited to train and compete in the UK at one of the world’s most famous training centers, Leander Club. During my time there, I came across the phrase “will it make the boat go faster?” This incredibly simple sentiment resonated with me. The essential act of asking oneself, will what I am doing right now, positively contribute to my individual or our team’s goals. This phrase served me well in sport and now continues to serve me well in my personal and professional life.
