Responsibilities include identifying relevant target companies and high-fit potential candidates at various stages of an executive or board search. Work alongside candidate developers to understand each client\'s culture, wants and needs and then tailor the research accordingly.As an intern, I also work on special projects with company leadership to develop strategies that will help the company grow and serve existing clients in a more targeted way.
