I provide consultancy and project management to a wide range of clients looking to manage their data more effectively. Exe Squared is a software development company based in Devon but working Nationwide. We have a specialism in managing and working with data, including the development of remote web connected hardware solutions (Internet of Things IoT).Our custom development work over the past few years has included projects such as:>>The data management system used to manage and deliver Covid 19 tests for people undertaking flights from the UK by several major carriers.>>A building management system and associated mobile app (for site use) used by a major UK based building company.>> IoT- Mobile monitoring of machinery used within the agricultural industry. Utilises 4G communications to share data with a central management system. The system had to work in a dirty/extreme environment.>>IoT - Mobile GPS controlled advertising system allowing adverts to be shown on vehicles used for delivery. Adverts can be sent and managed via 4G, with all reporting and management controlled by a central system.>>Migration of a a 200 user base from Salesforce CRM to a CRM (custom built by us) within a tight delivery schedule.>>The development of a highly customised CRM solution for the HR industry.We also provide CRM consultancy services around the UK and can support a wide variety of popular CRM systems. Working with startups through to huge organisations (such as several UK airports) we have a good understanding of what businesses require to make a success of a new CRM.

I am a Director at Exe Squared - a software development company punching well above our weight! Offering a true end to solution for your technical requirements. Recent projects have involved designing and building IoT based remote data collection devices all the way through to displaying, analysing and using that data. To give a flavour of some of the recent work I have been involved in - we\'ve designed and built booking kiosks in use at several major European Airports. We designed and built the prototypes for delivery bikes driving around London showing location and time dependent video adverts (in use by Deliveroo). We have built manufacturing information systems allowing specialist manufacturing companies to manage their entire business process. We\' built the end to end management system (and mobile app) for the South West\'s largest roofing company. And finally, we have home healthcare companies using software we designed and built to ensure that people receive the correct medication in their own homes.We are typically given business problems, and we deliver software (and hardware) solutions to address these issues. We aim to save our clients time, wastage and above all, money. We\'re easy to work with, large enough to deliver, yet small enough to be personal. We also one of the few South West based companies that understand how to incorporate IoT - Internet of Things technologies.I have been doing this for over 15 years, and have presented at several events on utilising technology to drive your business. In my non work time, I am chair of Broadclyst Parish Council, one of the largest parish council\'s in the UK. I am RYA Principal at Exe Sailing Club, allowing me to support and get people in to my favourite leisure activity. I am also a board member at Cornerstone Academy Trust - an innovative Muli Academy Trust running 4 schools in Devon (I was the Chair of Trustees for 10 years).
