Delivered end-to-end transformation of a failing client-facing Operations and Finance reporting suite across three phases: Tableau/Alteryx build (ten datasets, ETL pipelines replacing legacy SQL), logic and front-end refresh, and back-end migration to SQL ahead of Microsoft Fabric transition- Coordinated a team of three during the initial rebuild phase as the most senior technical resource, delegating tasks and providing hands-on guidance to deliver the MVP within one month- Reduced financial data processing from 4.5 hrs to 15 mins by implementing an upsert-based delta load architecture, replacing a full load system- Built a cash flow visibility dashboard that enabled Commercial teams to identify and recover a $9M cash exposure for a single client- Engineered automated data quality monitoring workflow identifying thousands of data entry issues; insights contributed to subsequent investment in OCR-based data capture tooling- Took ownership of and delivered the front-end of a global Adoption Metrics dashboard following a colleague\'s departure, enabling VP and regional leadership visibility across APAC, EMEA and the Americas through standardised operational compliance KPIs- Rescued a failing contractual BI feed obligation by reverse engineering undocumented legacy SQL and historic outputs to recreate 14 datasets into a robust automated pipeline with secure cloud delivery- Implemented Tableau trusted authentication and row-level security for two client-facing embedded dashboards, ensuring each customer accessed only their own data- Led requirements gathering across 20+ stakeholders spanning Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Product - using a prototype-driven approach to define scope iteratively, navigate conflicting priorities up to VP level, maintaining delivery momentum against SLT deadlines- Built a dashboard drawing on MongoDB and PostgreSQL repository data to monitor dashboard usage patterns and data refresh health across internal and external users
