I began my work experience at Seafood Sam’s as a dishwasher, a role I held for over a year and a half. Through consistent effort and reliability, my managers recognized my dedication and promoted me to the Front of House, where I took orders (both in-person and over the phone), served dine-in and takeout customers, and handled guest questions or concerns. This role taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, and customer service.In May 2025, I transitioned into a bartending position, taking on more responsibility and leadership while working alongside a smaller team. Learning to bartend from scratch was a challenge, but it became an invaluable experience that strengthened my confidence, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
